"What if I have to cancel my IRATA rope access, or; GWO training course?"
Enrolment in a Course
The following terms and conditions apply to candidates registering for All Areas Access IRATA rope access training courses.
IRATA COURSES: A minimum (non-refundable) deposit of $900 is to be paid at the time of booking to secure a spot on any of the full IRATA L1, L2 or L3 training courses. The full course fee amount must be paid prior to the selected IRATA course commencement date.
GWO COURSES: Entire course cost must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer, credit card or other pre-approved payment method.
Cancellations, Refund Policy & Transfer of Course Dates
Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfer/change of course dates must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively call All Areas Access on +61 8 6184 5880 to discuss your options.
In the event that a candidate does not sit assessment, an alternate date can be offered, subject to resit fee.
In the event of cancelling due to contracting Covid-19, with less than 7 days until your course commences, proof of positive Covid test is required. You will be rescheduled to another date, training will be provided free of charge, but a resit fee of $400 will be charged, to cover administration and assessment.
Cancellation More than 7 Working days from Course Commencement
If advised in writing of a cancellation more than 7 working days prior to the Course commencement date, All Areas Access will provide the candidate with the following options-
Refund the full amount of course fees paid minus the deposit of $900 (IRATA COURSES), or;
Refund the full amount of course fees paid minus Cancellation Fee of $850 (GWO COURSES), or;
Transfer the candidate to another selected course date.
7 working days or less from Course commencement
In the event of notification of a cancellation 7 working days or less before the Course commencement date, all fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another Course. All Areas Access cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 7 working day period.
Requests for transfers to alternate courses can be arranged if All Areas Access is advised in writing by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling All Areas Access on +61 8 6184 5880. These requests must be made 8 or more working days prior to the course commencement date and is subject to availability on a future course. One transfer will be accepted without charge. All subsequent transfers will attract an administration charge of $60.00 + GST.
Non Attendance (No Show)
If a student fails to attend a program, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Advertised prices are GST exclusive. The portion of the program or qualification fee attributable to all training courses is GST free. Tax invoices that comply with GST legislation will be issued for all enrolments.
Administration charges, however, are not GST free. The amount of GST will be separately identified on all tax invoices.
All Areas Access reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Where a fee refund is due to a candidate such a refund will be provided within 30 days.
The information provided by All Areas Access is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. All Areas Access reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content or facilitators at its discretion.
All Areas Access reserves the right to record, via photograph, video and/or audio, course sessions for quality assurance purposes and to support trainees.
Course content is intensive and key skills are taught as a group comprising 30 hours training over four days. Candidates must arrive prior to the course start time. Any candidates arriving later than one hour after the course start time will be unable to join the course for that week, and the deposit will be forfeited as a lost opportunity cost.
Transferring to another course will therefore incur an additional cost of $850 + $60 administration charge (GST will apply to admin charge only).
